1. What material are your products made from?
Our bedding is made from 100% Lyocell fibres, which are sustainably produced and extremely soft and breathable.
2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?
Yes. Lyocell is naturally hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin, making it ideal for those with sensitivities.
3. Do your sheets help with temperature control?
Absolutely. Lyocell fibres are temperature‑regulating — they keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter.
4. How should I wash and care for my bedding?
Machine wash cold (30 °C) with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry. The fabric becomes softer with every wash.
5. Will the colour fade after washing?
No. When cared for as instructed, the colour and texture stay vibrant and smooth even after multiple washes.
6. What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes such as Single, Double, King, and Super King. Check the size guide on each product page for details.
7. Do your fitted sheets fit deep mattresses?
Yes. Our fitted sheets are designed with full‑elastic edges to fit most standard and deep mattresses securely.

8. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide, including tracking.
9. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery:
• United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
• Other regions: delivery times may vary.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
11. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

12. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After processing, we may not be able to modify it.
